Tag Swap from Memories of the Rabbit

my inspired friends, here are the tags from the swap I was in a few years ago. we used a template from an online company that i can no longer remember. we each created 10 tags describing a little bit about ourselves and included a picture and then ended up with a tag book on a 2 inch binder ring. i loved coming across them last week.

 

  

Studio Redo

spent the weekend changing my studio. hung a shelf above my desk. still need to complete my inspiration board for Jenni's  online class at BPS. hung the Making Memories embellishment shelf and filled it up and changed my desk around. love it!!!

  

 

 

Farmer's Market

finally made it to the farmer's market. brought home a bounty of goodness!

 

made a really yummy stirfry for dinner with fresh dill and a little olive oil.

My Studio

I finished my canvas!

we took six core classes at inspired. this is the first one i have completely finished. i love it! it looks beautiful in my new studio.

Jennifer Stewart was the instructor and she was incredibly sweet and way to talk to, i loved her teaching style (as well as the project!) in fact i kept to her original color scheme because they are so MY colors!

We are home!

it was truly amazing.

i met amazing people and had an amazing & inspiring time! didn't finish all my projects but can't wait to start working on them again. too bad i have to go back to work tomorrow. real life intrudes.

made new friends.

have so many ideas running through my mind to create.

too tired tonight. need to get some sleep.

i have 4 mini classes and 6 core classes that will fill 2 full days. we will be gone a total of 5 days, 4 nights. i so excited. everything actually fit in the trunk! 6 hours in the car.

My bags are packed...

i can't wait.

we leave tomorrow.

first time we have both been gone together without the kids.

i can't wait to be inspired.

It's Another Year!

Our holiday season began with McKenna's first chorus performance!  

That was a busy day! We started Sunday off at Church, then McKenna had to be her performance, and before it was over, Matthew had to be back at church for a "live" Bethlehem Market. Here he is taking care of a baby goat (who, incidentally, bit the ear and head butted the youth group leader!)
 

Then I was off to our store party...no photos :)

Next major event besides trying to shop and get the house decorated & shop before Christmas and the in-laws arriving was going to the Riverside Dinner Theater to see Peter Pan. Two of Matthew's school buddies had parts in the musical and did fabulous jobs! Burke was event the understudy for Peter Pan!
